Bonnysa prepara un nuevo lanzamiento en gazpacho y refuerza su apuesta por la IV Gama con productos “como se hacen en casa”.

The company from Alicante was a pioneer in launching fruit and vegetables ready to eat and wants to take advantage of this vein of healthy and easy-to-eat foods, especially those of the IV Range. But with a particularity with which it wants to make a difference: 100% natural recipes, without additives and with the same taste and texture of homemade recipes. “Our transformation plant is a really big kitchen, and the challenge is to make products like they are made at home”, explains the sales manager, Teresa Brotons.

This is the case of the next launch within its line La Gazpachera, a “super fresh” recipe, with ingredients of own cultivation, in which several chains are already interested. This new gazpacho has in common with the whole range that it does not include preservatives, colouring or added sugar, a philosophy that Bonnysa has followed for 12 years, when it began to transform a part of its fruit and vegetable production. The peeled pineapple and the grated natural tomato, two products that are still leaders in the shelves, were the first innovations in this field. The processed of the signature already suppose 12% of its turnover and is the main asset to grow in the future. They are also studying the launch of a line of organic products.
Its latest innovation is guacamole, in original and spicy version, which is already in all the LIDL of Spain, and soon some of the EU. Although it distributes part of its range with its own brand, they also market some products under MDD. Bonnysa focuses on this aspect as an alliance in which the two parties are favoured.
